It provides breathtaking views of the surrounding islands from every level. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this spacious villa offers plenty of room for a memorable holiday experience. Conveniently located, it's just a 20-minute stroll or a quick 5-minute taxi ride into town. Additionally, guests will also find Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs within easy walking distance.

Ground Floor

Upon entry, guests are greeted by the large open-plan living area, providing picturesque views through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The living room features a big curved sofa, complemented by an armchair and pouffe arranged around a central coffee table. For entertainment, a large flat-screen TV with English-speaking channels is provided.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a dishwasher, built-in microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and water cooler. Completing the kitchen setup is a spacious island, with the dining table comfortably seating 10 guests.

Located on this level, the first double bedroom offers an en-suite shower room with twin basins, built-in wardrobes, and a wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace, offering stunning views of Kalamar Bay.

Additionally, this level includes a guest WC and a utility room with a washing machine conveniently tucked beneath the stairs.

First Floor

On this level, you'll find three bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bath, twin basins, and a separate shower. Inside the room, there's a dressing table with a stool, a walk-in wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open onto the shared balcony spanning the width of the villa, furnished with two chairs and a small side table - perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sea views!

The middle bedroom is also a double, with its own en-suite shower, walk-in wardrobe, and wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony, offering the same sea views.

The third bedroom on this level is a twin room accessible via the atrium, which features built-in seating and a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron for guests' convenience.

This twin bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Inside, you'll find a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a stool, and a wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open onto the shared balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small side table for soaking up the stunning sea views.

Completing this level is a landing area featuring a desk and swivel office chair for guests' use.

Second Floor

The double bedroom on the top floor features an en-suite shower room. Glass doors open onto the roof terrace, providing panoramic views.

Additionally, there is a separate glass door on the landing, granting direct access to the roof terrace without the need to pass through the bedroom.

The roof terrace contains a spacious Jacuzzi, four sun loungers, and a dining table accompanied by four chairs.

Lower Ground Floor

The final double bedroom is situated beneath the pool area and is reached by steps from the pool terrace.

Inside the room, guests will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a large fridge freezer, sink, and microwave. Additionally, there is an en-suite shower room, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a wall-mounted TV.

Please be advised that due to its separate access from the main part of the house, this room may not be suitable for unaccompanied young children.

Outside the Villa

The spacious freshwater pool features a shallow section equipped with sun loungers and submerged stools at one end. At the opposite end of the pool, guests can enjoy the integrated Jacuzzi, with additional sun loungers.

Adjacent to the villa is a dining table that seats 8 guests, accompanied by a built-in BBQ for al fresco dining experiences. An outdoor sink and food preparation area complements this space, while a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table provide the perfect spot to soak in the mountain and sea views.

For those seeking more active areas, a table tennis setup is located at the rear of the villa.

This villa requires a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is paid 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival.

This villa requires a fully refundable damage deposit of £350, regarding there is no damage to the villa upon check-out.
