Villa in the Sky is a luxurious, contemporary, and beautifully designed 5-bedroom villa, accommodating 10 guests (or up to 12 with a cot or extra child's bed*), situated just above the enchanting historic town of Kalkan. Its superb location offers spectacular views overlooking Kalkan, the stunning turquoise waters of Kalkan Bay, and extending to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea, with the majestic backdrop of the Taurus mountains. Set in an elevated position behind magnificent olive groves, the villa provides uninterrupted views of the sea, town, and mountains and is a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Kalkan.

The Accommodation:

The living area boasts an open-plan layout with air conditioning throughout, marble floors, and exquisite decor. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern Siemens appliances and features a breakfast bar with stools, creating a perfect social and entertaining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, furnished with a table and chairs. The lounge area is furnished with two large luxury sofas and a coffee table. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Premier League Football on TV, and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, children's board games, and cards. Additionally, wireless internet access is available free of charge, along with Apple TV. Floor-to-ceiling sliding patio windows adorn the entire front of the villa on this floor, maximising the panoramic views from inside and providing access to the spacious terrace area. This is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, ideal for dining alfresco or simply relaxing with a G&T while taking in the views before heading out for the evening. The lower terrace features a full-size table tennis table for those feeling more energetic.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 also boast the luxury of Jacuzzi baths. The master bedroom, located on the top floor of the villa, offers a round bed, flat-screen TV, a private fridge, and a spacious balcony with sunbeds and a pergola, providing comfort and privacy. A large panoramic window offers beautiful views from both the bed and the Jacuzzi. Each bedroom includes a private balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. Bedroom 4 also features a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are spacious, and a cot or child's bed can be added to any room, though we prefer to limit occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests for comfort.

For added convenience, a Siemens washing machine, clothes horse, washing basket, iron and ironing board, and safe are located in the Utility Room.

Furthermore, air conditioning throughout the villa can also be utilised for heating during cooler months.

Outside the Villa:

The large private infinity pool (approximately 63m2) features a separate Jacuzzi with seating, allowing guests to relax and admire the views while enjoying a glass of wine. Additionally, the pool can be heated during cooler months for an extra charge. Sunbeds and drink tables around the pool can be positioned under the spacious pergola, providing a comfortable shaded area to escape the midday sun.

Accessed from any part of the living area via floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, the upper terrace features outdoor seating, dining furniture, and a BBQ, making it perfect for dining alfresco or simply relaxing with a G&T while taking in the views before heading out for the evening.

The lower terrace, accessible from anywhere outside or through sliding doors from bedrooms 4 and 5, includes a full-size table tennis table for the more energetic guests. Recently added to the lower terrace is a games room equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, PS4 gaming console and TV, Premier League Football on TV, foosball table, darts, yoga & Pilates equipment, and board games to entertain guests of all ages. The games room offers direct access to the garden, where two sets of seating areas are located.

Private parking is also available directly outside the villa.

Given its size (approximately 250m2), the villa offers ample space and privacy, making it popular with both families and groups holidaying together.

A minimum 7 nights stay is required between June - September

A minimum 5 nights stay is required for the rest of the year.

A cleaning fee of £100 is applied for stays less than a week. For stays longer than two weeks, a mid stay clean is provided.

This villa requires a 15% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 1 week before the scheduled arrival. The final balance can also be paid as cash on arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £200 is also required with this villa. This should be paid with the final balance.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks, the deposit will be fully refunded.
