Villa Imperial

Located in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan, Villa Imperial is a newly constructed property built in 2020. It offers breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and the surrounding islands, featuring an infinity pool (which can be heated) overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, the villa boasts an indoor pool (which can also be heated), complete with a spacious sunbathing terrace, a gym area, and a modern five-story architecture designed to accommodate guests in all seasons.

Situated in an elevated position behind beautiful olive groves, the villa provides uninterrupted views of the sea, town, and mountains. It is conveniently located a 15-minute walk from Kalkan center.

Villa Imperial comprises 5 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 10 people. Each bedroom and outdoor space offers unique and uninterrupted views of Kalkan Bay. The bedrooms are spread across three floors, with two double rooms and a twin room (featuring private/shared balconies) on the first floor, and two additional bedrooms on the top floor with access to their full-length terrace. Reflecting the elegance of a boutique hotel, each bedroom is tastefully decorated with individual accents of colour, ranging from marina blue to sunset amber.

As an added bonus, the villa features a fully equipped gym, along with amenities such as table tennis, a PS4 and British channels. Additionally, guests can enjoy access to popular social streaming subscriptions including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+.

Security: Security alarm system with remote controller and/or control through mobile application, security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.

Facilities: All bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, hangers, private bathrooms, AC, and access to the terrace/balcony with the Mediterranean view. All bedrooms are large and can accommodate a cot or children's bed. We offer two cots and two highchairs for our guests’ use.

Other Facilities: WIFI connection in all floors, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Playstation 4, washing machine, iron, garden area, portable BBQ, private parking lot for a car, safe-box.

A minimum 7 nights stay is required between May - October.

A minimum 5 nights stay is required for the rest of the year.

This villa requires a 15% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 1 week before the scheduled arrival. The final balance can also be paid as cash on arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £200 is also required with this villa. This should be paid with the final balance.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks, the deposit will be fully refunded.
