Located in a prime location in the Ortaalan area, within a 10-15 minute walk to Kalkan Old Town, Villa Fey is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It boasts a lovely garden area with sea views, perfect for chilling out. With plenty of outdoor spaces spread across different floors, Villa Fey is a secluded hidden gem in the very center of Kalkan (ideal for larger groups). One of the shaded areas serves as a leisure zone, equipped with a pool table, electronic dartboard, and table football.

The villa offers sea views from its charming garden area, as well as from an elevated seating area located on the veranda of the first floor. The terrace area also provides a comfortable seating area with fantastic views of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Fey accommodates 8 people across its 4 bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The bedrooms are spread across three floors, with a double room on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a twin room (each with separate balconies) on the first floor, and a master bedroom on the top floor with a terrace. Polished with all the elegance of a comfortable vacation rental, each of the bedrooms as well as the living room features spectacular interior designs.

Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, a 10-minute walk to Kalkan center, and a 10-15 minute walk to beach clubs, Villa Fey offers easy access to amenities and attractions. As a bonus, the villa provides outdoor entertainment options such as a pool table and table football, along with British channels, Premier League Football, and social streaming subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+).

Ground floor:

Access to the villa is via steps from the street above.

Upon entry, the open-plan living area boasts a large L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Integrated with the kitchen island is a dining table with 5 chairs, alongside modern amenities such as a gas hob, extractor fan, built-in electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and kettle.

For added convenience, a water cooler and washing machine are situated under the stairs.

The first double bedroom, complete with an adjacent shower room, is located on this level. This bedroom provides direct access to the pool terrace via sliding doors and includes a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with a stool.

First floor:

This level accommodates two additional double bedrooms. The first double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and includes a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool. Access to the shared balcony, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table, is through a glass door.

Similarly, the second double bedroom also features an en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with stool, and offers access to the shared balcony on one side, and to an elevated seating area with sea views through sliding doors on the other.

Second floor / roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs, a glass door leads out to the roof terrace, furnished with a comfortable sofa set and offering views across the town towards the Kalkan Bay.

The fourth double bedroom is also situated on this level, boasting a built-in wardrobe and a basin with a mirror. There is a separate WC with a door, and sliding glass doors provide access to the in-room shower.

Outside the villa:

Pool Dimensions: 7m x 5m x 1.6m

Surrounded by mature plants and trees, the villa ensures privacy from neighbouring properties.

The pool, with steps leading into the water, features 10 mesh sun loungers spaced around the pool and grassed area, accompanied by side tables and two parasols.

Beneath the covered elevated seating area, guests can enjoy a pool table and a football table, alongside a built-in sofa with cushions.

Additionally, a portable BBQ is available for al fresco dining.

Separate steps lead up to the elevated seating area, offering sea views and furnished with an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table. A cantilevered parasol provides shade if needed.

Access to the pool terrace can be gained through sliding doors from the living room and the kitchen, leading to the outside dining table under the elevated platform.

A minimum 7 nights stay is required between June - August

A minimum 5 nights stay is required for the rest of the year.

A cleaning fee of £70 is applied for stays less than a week.

For stays longer than two weeks, mid stay cleaning will be provided.

This villa requires a 15% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 1 week before the scheduled arrival. The final balance can also be paid as cash on arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £200 is also required with this villa. This should be paid with the final balance.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks, the deposit will be fully refunded.
